Pear & Chocolate pie

The Pear and Chocolate pie is composed by dark chocolate, pears that are sliced on the chocolate with a laid of flan on top.

The dough is a short pastry and the pie a little bit higher than other pies.

The composition of Pear and Chocolate gives a delicate taste.
