The Raspberry pie is composed by an almond frangipane preparation and raspberry sliced on the top.
The composition of almond and raspberry gives a sweet and sour taste.
Like other pies, the dough is a short pastry.
It can be prepared Parve or Halavi.
How do you check that the raspberry are not dirty with insects ? Do you follow the Rav Vaya's recommendation ?
