There are always two loaves of bread on the Shabat table which are called hallot.
The hallot bread is to remind Jews that G_d gave Manna in the wilderness when they were without food.
Nathalie's hallot are not specially sweety (Hallot metoukot), they are mellowness and tasty.
They can be with sesame, Nigella or without anything.
If you want the feeling the Halla has just been exited from the oven, take it from the freezer 1 hour before the meal and put it on the plata during 10 to 15 minutes.
My family is enjoying Natali's Halot for several weeks now. After taking it out from the freezer it is fresh as if it came out from the oven.
ReplyDeleteMost important, the taste is great!
I don't see any reason to buy Halot anywhere else anymore.
